The payment for electricity consists of two parts:

• Services of distribution system — provision with an electrical power connection, continuous electrical power supply and the maintenance of electrical meters, which is performed by Sadales tīkls AS.
• Electricity price — includes the generation and supply costs. This is a part that changes, depending on the chosen electricity supplier.
• The state determined value added tax also applies to the payment. 

The payment part that is affected by tariff changes is the services of the distribution system.

The load calculator will help to determine – how much load approximately is required for the use of your indicated electrical devices. By determining the most appropriate type of connection for your household, you can understand, whether you don’t overpay for inefficiently used load. 

After entering in the calculator the area of your household, the number of phases and electric devices used, it will recommend, how much load is required for using your indicated electrical devices simultaneously.

However, before you take a decision on the changes in load, we recommend you to consult with certified electrical specialists or companies that provide the services of such kind, because calculations are informative.

Although the meter is disconnected temporarily, the electricity is still being supplied to your object therefore the charge for the ensured connection also remains in force in this case.

The payment will be calculated pro rata the number of the days that have passed since the conclusion of the agreement. 

You have an option not to pay for ensuring of connection, when you will completely renounce the electricity connection at the object. If you will want to restore the connection, you will be entitled to do it within 6 months, covering the connection restoration costs.

Yes, the fee is applied for each place of connection of Sadales tīkls AS.
