According to the current standard (LVS 420:2021 “Gas appliances. Gas appliance installation regulations."), up to 39 different controls shall be performed during the survey of the heating appliance, including: checking and cleaning of heat exchanger and burner, checking the density of water and gas supply parts, checking of ignition burners and safety controls in operation, checking the operation of apparatus and draught control apparatus, visual inspection of the flue gas path to the chimney.
Leading heating equipment manufacturers provide for an effective device lifetime of 15 to 20 years. To ensure this, and to prevent potential damage, maintain the manufacturer’s warranty for the boiler and keep the system running smoothly irrespective of the season, we recommend the regular servicing of your gas boiler. If a gas boiler is not serviced, its efficiency decreases year by year.

How much does it cost to maintain a gas boiler?
The monthly fee for the gas boiler maintenance service is EUR 9.90, including VAT. The payment is divided into 12 instalments. The total annual charge for the maintenance service of one gas boiler is EUR 118.80, including VAT.
You can either pay for the service in full, or split the payment.
The price depends on the type and capacity of the gas boiler.
What kind of gas boilers are being maintained?
Gas boiler maintenance service is provided for the following boilers of Bosch, Buderus, Dedietric, Wolf, BAXI, Viessmann, Giersch, Oilon, Remeha, Bentone, and Vaillant manufacturers:
- gas-fired atmospheric boilers;
- combined gas heating boilers;
- condensing boilers;
- gas burner boilers.
Detailed information about the service
- Inspection and cleaning of the boiler heat exchanger and burner;
- Checking the tightness of the water and gas supply parts;
- Checking of water fitting and gas fitting filters;
- Inspection of pilot light and safety devices;
- Cleaning and inspection of ignition electrodes, control electrodes and photocells and, if required, the replacement thereof (parts are not included in the cost of the service);
- Adjustment of gas supply;
- Checking of the burners when the boiler is started (adjustment of the starting power if required);
- Visual inspection of the flue gas path to the chimney;
- Inspection of the expansion tank;
- Measuring the initial pressure of the tank, filling of the tank;
- Adjustment of the CO2 concentration in the flue gas according to the instructions (for condensing boilers);
- Adjustment of the combustion process with a flue gas analyser (for condensing and gas burner boilers);
- Cleaning of the burner and the fan, replacement of gaskets if necessary (parts are not included in the cost of the service);
- Inspection of the condensate siphon for condensing boilers;
- Checking of the air supply and flue gas extraction;
- Visual inspection of boiler room piping;
- Inspection of flue gas shut-off device;
- Inspection of three-way and four-way valves and their drives;
- Check of the operation of heating pumps;
- Inspection and testing of heating system fittings;
- Refilling of the heating system;
- Instruction and training for the customer on heating automation;
- Checking and adjustment of control automatics;
- Drawing up of a deed regarding the performance of the maintenance service.
- Removal, installation of the heat exchanger (heating, hot water), descaling, flushing;
