In addition, with insurance up to EUR 1,000 per year, plumber assistance is available in the event of a water leak, carpenter assistance in the event of a broken window, damaged roof or fence, and key service assistance in the event of lost keys or damaged door or gate locks. Within the underwriting year, the masters can be called 4 times per year.
