Options for out-of-court dispute resolution for consumers

Claims should be submitted electronically by sending them to the e-mail address klientu.serviss@elektrum.lv or in writing to the address Pulkveža Brieža iela 12, Riga, Latvia, LV-1230. The complaint will be examined within 15 business days from the date of receipt of the complaint, and the reply will be sent to the contact address indicated in the complaint.

If the claim is found to be unjustified and you do not agree with such findings, you shall be entitled to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for by the regulatory enactments by submitting a written application to Latvenergo AS for out-of-court dispute resolution by indicating your name, surname, contact information, date of submission of the application, nature of the dispute, claims and substantiation thereof.
