The supervisory authority of the Insurer and the Intermediary is the Financial and Capital Market Commission located at Kungu Street 1, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia 

You can submit a complaint about the insurance service using the method that is most convenient to you by contacting our customer service.

When submitting a complaint, please specify:

• your name, surname (for legal persons – name, registration number);
• contact information for provision of a reply.

The Insurer will provide a reply to your complaint within 15 (fifteen) days of the day of submission of the complaint. If this term cannot be complied with due to objective reasons, the Insurer will provide you with justified information on the need for the extension of the term and specify the deadline for the provision of the reply.
