Elektrum Energy Efficiency Centre has raised public’s awareness about efficient use of energy for more than 25 years.

The Centre’s specialists provide free consultations relating to the following issues: lighting solutions, heating and ventilation solutions, domestic electric appliance selection and efficient use, renewable energy resource use, electric transport and its charging.

Purposes of processing of the personal data included in the consultation application form:

1) to prepare and provide an answer to your question, including in order to contact you to clarify the submitted question;

2) to prepare reports on the activities performed by the Energy Efficiency Centre in order to prove the fulfilment of the energy efficiency obligations specified in the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 226 "Regulations Regarding the Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme".

The personal data included in the questionnaire are processed in accordance with the Principles relating to processing of personal data of Latvenergo AS when submitting online questions, applying for and attending tours, seminars and webinars of the Elektrum Energy Efficiency Centre.
