The service is provided in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 635 of 7 November 2023 "Regulations on the Sale and Use of Electricity", which establishes the trader's obligation to provide universal service to electricity users.

The price calculated in the calculator is the price applicable to new customers. If you are an Elektrum customer and have an existing contract, the contract price may differ from the price shown in the calculator. You can see your contract price in My contracts.

What should I take into consideration when concluding an electricity contract?
You need to know the electricity meter number (not required if you are switching from another trader).
The number of electricity meters is situated under the barcode. It may also be indicated in the transfer-acceptance deed if such a deed has been drawn up.
If you change electricity supplier to Elektrum - sign the contract by the 9th day of the month for the electricity contract to be valid from the 1st day of the following month. If you conclude the contract starting from the 10th date, the change of trader will take place on the 1st date of the month after the following month.
If you are signing an electricity contract for a new property (e.g. buying a property or building a house, etc.), we will provide electricity as of today or a future date you specify, not exceeding the 5th of the following month.
