With the Balanced Payment, you will pay a fixed amount each month that you will know in advance. The Balanced Payment amount is calculated for you individually according to you average natural gas consumption.

It is important to know that using the Balanced Payment you will pay in total as much as you consume! 

Advantages of using the Balanced Payment 

• Meter readings must be submitted no more often than once per quarter;
• You pay the same amount each month;
• You can adjust the payment amount if your consumption has changed.

Adjustment of the Balanced Payment 

We will adjust your Balanced Payment at least once a year: we will compare the amount of natural gas you have actually consumed with the amount paid for and calculate the new amount of the Balanced Payment. The difference between the consumption and payments will be included in the new amount, balancing it out evenly.
