The service is provided in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 635 of 7 November 2023 "Regulations on the Sale and Use of Electricity", which establishes the trader's obligation to provide universal service to electricity users.

Calculate the product that is most suitable for you, depending on your electricity consumption. The calculator is based on a phase 1 connection, the tariff for distribution system services (PAMATA-1 1F) and 16 amperes (16A). You can see your current tariff in your electricity bills, in the "My contracts" section of the Elektrum.lv portal, under the "Objects" tab, as well as in the customer portal of Sadales tīkls AS e-st.lv. The price calculated in the calculator is the price applicable to new customers. If you are an Elektrum customer and have an existing contract, the contract price may differ from the price shown in the calculator. You can see your contract price in My contracts.
If you change electricity supplier to Elektrum - sign the contract by the 9th day of the month for the electricity contract to be valid from the 1st day of the following month. If you conclude the contract starting from the 10th date, the change of trader will take place on the 1st date of the month after the following month.
If you are signing an electricity contract for a new object ( for instance, buying a property or building a house, etc.), we will sell electricity from the date you specify within within that month.
What should I take into consideration when concluding an electricity contract?
You need to know the exact address of the property.
Make sure that the address of the property is correct, paying attention to the correct house, block and apartment numbers.
You need to know the electricity meter number (not required if you are switching from another trader).
The number of electricity meters is situated under the barcode. It may also be indicated in the transfer-acceptance deed if such a deed has been drawn up.
The contract may be concluded by an adult who uses electricity.

Support to protected users
- We ensure that protected users receive support to cover their electricity costs:
- for large families – EUR 25;
- for a poor or low-income family – EUR 20;
- for a family taking care of a disabled child – EUR 20;
- for a person with disability group I or their guardian – EUR 20.
Universal service
- fixed price for 12 months;
- possibility to pay by using of Balanced Payment or Invoice;
- possibility to choose another offer without paying the termination fee.
