If you would like to conclude a new contract, change the trader for an existing object or conclude a contract after implementation of a new connection, please choose the appropriate application form and submit it in the way most convenient for you.

1. Conclusion of a new contract

In order to conclude a natural gas trade contract with Elektrum in the event of change to the ownership/usage rights of a gasified object, please fill in the forms attached below and send them to us by e-mail klientu.serviss@elektrum.lv .

Please note! A natural gas trade contract may be signed by a person.

• Meter reading record sheet, comprising the actual reading of the gas meter and signatures of both users
• If a gas meter is disconnected, Application for connecting/restoring natural gas supply at a gasified object must also be submitted

2. Change of trader at the object* 

You have the opportunity to change your natural gas supplier. If you submit your application by the 15^th day of the month, the natural gas contract will come into force on the 1^st day of the following month. If you submit your application starting from the 16^th day, the contract can be concluded from the 1^st day of the second following month. The most convenient way to conclude a contract is here.

• Confirmation of consent to receive data from Gaso AS

* If gas supply is disconnected at your object, you must first contact your existing trader and restore the gas supply at the object in order to change your trader.

3. Conclusion of the contract after a new connection

 In order to conclude a natural gas trade contract with Elektrum in the event of a newly built gas connection, please fill in both forms attached below and send them to us by e-mail klientu.serviss@elektrum.lv

and

•  Application for connecting/restoring natural gas supply at a gasified object

4. Termination of a natural gas trade contract** or withdrawal of an object from the contract (ownership/usage rights have expired) 

• If the new owner/user of the gasified object is known, a Meter reading record sheet signed by both parties (the new owner and you) must be submitted with an indication “Contract termination”

or

• If it is not known whether the new owner/user of the gasified object will continue to use natural gas and conclude a gas trade contract, you must apply for the disconnection of the natural gas supply before the expiry of the ownership/usage rights. The disconnection is free of charge. To apply for it, please submit the Application for suspension of natural gas supply.

** In accordance with Section 30 of Regulations Regarding the Trade and Use of Natural Gas No. 78: “The system user shall inform the natural gas trader of the termination of the natural gas trade contract five working days in advance in accordance with the procedures laid down in these Regulations and the trade contract.”
