Accessibility Statement for the Elektrum Drive Mobile Application

As a company that follows responsible, ethical, and sustainable business practices, AS "Latvenergo" (Elektrum Drive) not only respects diversity but also supports and promotes it. Therefore, we are committed to making our digital resources accessible to every user.
This accessibility statement applies to the Elektrum Drive mobile application (available on Google Play and the App Store). The app has undergone an accessibility assessment through both automated and manual testing, following accessibility best practices as defined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ((WCAG) 2.1, Level AA) and the "Guidelines for Assessing Compliance with Accessibility Requirements for Public Institution Websites and Justifying Disproportionate Burden" prepared by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development (VARAM), which involve evaluation of 11 key accessibility aspects.
The assessment focused on five of the most frequently used views within the app, developed as native views representing the overall app experience.
