- up to EUR 10,000 for a residential house or flat and the property therein

Troubleshooting or indemnity: up to EUR 3,000 per year (deductible EUR 50), unlimited number;
Preparation of a defect statement and transportation of the appliance (up to 50 km), up to 2 cases per year.
Professional specialists 24/7 assistance
Electrician assistance for sudden and unforeseen troubleshooting of electrical installations, locksmith assistance where keys are lost or the door or gate lock is damaged, plumber assistance in the event of liquid leaks, carpenter assistance if a window is broken or the roof or fence is damaged – up to 4 cases per year.
Fire risk insurance
For a residential building, flat and the property therein, the maximum compensation limit for one insurance event is EUR 10,000 (up to EUR 2,500 whereof may apply to auxiliary buildings, rooms and the property therein). Deductible – EUR 0.
Additional compensated losses (the terms and conditions specify compensation limits and/or other restrictions for these additional losses): housing rent, lost rental income, moving expenses and a one-off compensation payment in cases where your property is suddenly deemed dangerous or unsafe; expenses for rescue and clean-up work.
