What equipment is required to use the Mobile internet service? 

To use Elektrum mobile internet, you will need a Wi-Fi router. 

• Lease from Elektrum: You can lease an Elektrum router for just €3.00/month (VAT included). Upon signing your agreement, the router will be sent to your chosen Omniva parcel machine and leased to you for the duration of your service. If the contract is terminated, the router must be returned to Elektrum. 
• Use your own device: You can also use your own router. If you choose this option, please ensure your device is technically compatible, supports operations on our partner network (SIA "BITE Latvija"), and meets the minimum technical and software requirements outlined in our Terms of Service.

The initial contract term is 24 months. If neither you nor Elektrum notifies the other party of termination at least one month before the end of this initial term, the contract is automatically extended for an indefinite period. 

You can terminate the contract at any time by giving us 30 days' written notice. 

Please note: If you terminate the contract before the end of the initial 24-month term, or if the contract is terminated due to a breach of your obligations (such as overdue payments), you will be required to pay a contract termination fee. This fee is calculated proportionally to the remaining time left on your initial contract term. 

1. Choose your internet plan: During our phone consultation, we will help you choose the best Elektrum internet product for your needs. 
2. Sign electronically: You will receive a link in your email to our secure signing portal. You can sign the contract electronically using your e-signature (e.g., Smart-ID) or confirm the agreement via electronic communication channels. 
3. Access anytime: Once signed, you can view your contract anytime in the "My Contracts" section of the Elektrum customer self-service portal or on the Elektrum mobile app.
