Elektrum customer service centres have been temporarily closed

13 March 2020

Due to the state of emergency declared in the country Elektrum customer service centres will be closed until April 14. Please see answers to any of your questions on elektrum.lv!

From March 13 we have temporarily closed Elektrum customer service centres in Riga and Daugavpils for the period of the emergency. The Elektrum Energy Efficiency Centre in Jurmala has also been closed for the time of the emergency, as well as all planned free workshops have been cancelled.

Since our team is made up of many employees, we have implemented primary measures for safety of customers and employees in timely manner. We ensure continuous working mode in different forms as needed – remote, shift work and combining of positions. We will continue to inform about any changes which might affect customer service on our portal elektrum.lv and using other communication channels, for example, social networks.

Presently, the spreading of the Covid-19 virus around the world does not have any influence on the services we provide – we continue to generate electricity, as well as trade electricity and natural gas. We constantly monitor the latest information provided by the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention and state authorities about spreading of the virus in Latvia. Presently, there are no changes in service rules with regard to payment and provisions of contracts or customer service.

We are responsible towards our customers and employees, evaluate the situation in a balanced way, act appropriately and expect that you will act in the same way!

If you have any questions with regard to our products and services: please use the portal elektrum.lv, the mobile app Elektrum or contact customer service by phone: 8400.

Let us save our energy and be responsible!
