Elektrum Drive is an electric vehicle charging network with more than 1300 connection points across the Baltics.
- on the Elektrum Drive mobile app;
- online, under section Elektrum Drive;
- in various roaming apps, such as Intercharge, Plugsurfing and Elli Charging.
Elektrum Drive charging stations offer the following plugs with different charging capacities:

CHAdeMO plug;

CCS or Combo plug;

Type 2 plug.
On the Elektrum Drive app, under section “Stations”, you can view:

The types of plugs available at the station and their charging capacity;

Information about which plugs are currently available.
You can contact the Elektrum Drive support team by:
- Using the “Help” section on the Elektrum Drive app;
- Calling the telephone number indicated on the charging device;
- Emailing uzlade@elektrum.lv.
For charging stations installed in Lithuania, write to info@elektrum.lt, and for stations installed in Estonia, write to elektrumdrive@elektrum.ee.

Before charging an electric vehicle, please register on the Elektrum Drive app. You can download the app free of charge from the App Store or Google Play.
When registering on the app:
- Enter the required information, including your telephone number;
- Read and agree to the terms of use of the app and the charging service;
- Add the payment card that you will use for payments.
On the Elektrum Drive app you can:
- Find the nearest charging station;
- Start charging an electric vehicle;
- Monitor the charging progress;
- Pay for charging, as well as review the charging sessions carried out during the relevant period.
On the Elektrum Drive app you can choose Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian or English.
Yes, you can also register on the Elektrum Drive app using a telephone number from another country.
In the “Create Charging Profile” view, click on the country code and select the required country.
Yes, with your Elektrum Drive app profile you can charge electric vehicles in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. No additional registration or commission fee is required.
No, electric vehicle charging can only be started in the Elektrum Drive app.
You can pay for charging in the following ways:
- Immediately, using the payment card you’ve added on the Elektrum Drive app;
- By post-payment, if you have concluded a contract;
- Using a roaming partner’s app or charging card.
The roaming partner may apply an additional commission fee.
